Successful listing of our client Amicorp FS (UK) Plc
We are pleased to announce the successful listing of our client, Amicorp FS (UK) Plc on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. The shares began trading on June 8th under the ticker ‘AMIF’. Amicorp FS UK Plc, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Amicorp Group, provides fund administration services to over 400 funds clients with AUA of over USD $7Bn. Its clients mainly comprise of asset managers, hedge funds, financial institutions, institutional investors and family offices.
Bowsprit Partners acted as Financial Advisor and Lead Bookrunner for the listing and placing of new and existing ordinary shares of Amicorp FS (UK) Plc, raising $6.5 million and $9.7 million respectively in its IPO.
Amicorp FS (UK) Plc has also retained Bowsprit Partners as ongoing Financial Advisor – we look forward to continue contributing to their financial and growth goals.
